It provides a methodological framework for SMART concept implementation tailored to the Czech environment, a data and information platform for knowledge sharing and project planning, support from a network of innovation brokers, and educational programs through the SMART Academy. These tools are designed to help local governments navigate the field of innovation and execute development projects more efficiently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"3\">By participating in the project, municipalities and regions can enhance the quality of public services, improve data-driven management and decision-making, and promote the sustainable development of their territories.
