Project Objective:
The aim of the project is to propose a system for educating the mobile labour force with a view to gain and strengthen their basic competencies for staying and working abroad. This proposal is based on an educational needs analysis. The specific scope of the education is derived from a survey of the educational needs.

The project is focused on proposing a system of steps in order to strengthen cross border labour mobility and its support in education and setting specific goals and the subject of education.

Outputs:
The outputs of the project mainly contain an elaboration of:
- an analysis of the educational needs with respect to gaining and strengthening mobile labour force competencies for staying and working abroad,
- an analysis of foreign policies in order to strengthen the foreign mobility of the labour force,
- a proposed solution for labour force education in the Czech Republic in order to gain and strengthen the competencies for staying and working abroad,
- a proposed course for supporting labour force mobility and elaborating the learning materials for this course,
- the realization of a pilot course among selected unemployed people in order to strengthen their motivation for working abroad.
