HUMAN RESOURCES
The term “human resources” is nowadays used primarily in connection with developing education, life-long education and the information society, because qualified, efficient and competitive human capital is important for every developed economy.
In this field the IEEP is focused on the education and the transmission of information about economic policy, environmental policy and regional and structural topics to students, public administration and the general public. Many of the IEEP employees teach in courses accredited in the University of Economics at Prague in the framework of daily study. The education programmes are also realized in the framework of European projects, conferences, interdisciplinary seminars and other courses that are held. In the educational field the IEEP closely cooperates with the non-profit organization IREAS, Institute for Structural Policy (IREAS, Institut pro strukturální politiku, o. p. s.).
